In an interview, a question asked from Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick that 

"So what when a movie on GTA 5 will come" he replied "No"

 

      

It has many reasons that, why a movie based on GTA never comes soon?

Strauss Zelnick had no trust in any movie director that the director couldn't make a good movie on GTA because it is a big franchise and if it doesn't do well then its reputation will go down.

In past, Rockstar games have produced some movies such as a short film for GTA 2

promotion. 

Also, Rockstar was the executive producer of The Football Factory, which is released in 2004 and was a flop. 

Similarly in 2005 Rockstar games again produced a documentary film Sunday Driver.                                                                                                          

Recently, some leaks are coming that GTA 5 movie will come!! but it was fake, the leak was from the WeGotThisCovered website and its leaks are not true.
